四向高速分選為標準裝備QudraSortTM

l       一次可同時分選四群或二群不同特性的細胞群。可應用雙向、四向分選器、或鏡檢用玻片承收。可選配Auto Cell Deposit Unit系統使分選出的細胞可用96孔或384孔盤進行選殖性(Cloning)細胞分選,每個孔可分選1~10萬個細胞。

Octagon八向分光系統,提昇細胞解析能力!

l       新開發之Octagon八向、Trigon三向分光系統(專利申請中),運用「反射效能優於透射」的光學原理,有效地將螢光信號八向波形迴路處理,使單支雷射最多可解析七色螢光、及一個散射光信號,配合三支雷射則最多可同時解析十三色螢光信號、及兩個散射光信號。

新開發Flow Cell,實現高速分選美夢!

l       新開發之高感度Rectangle石英杯組合式噴嘴系統(專利申請中),1秒間可振盪形成90,000液滴,實現研究人員高速分選的夢想。每秒鐘儀器最高可分析70,000個細胞,並從中分選出30,000個有興趣細胞。

New 375-nm Near UV laser

The 375-nm Near UV laser option is available to expand the range of application choices. The beam geometry is optimized for most hematopoietic stem cells. The top hat design of the 375-nm Near UV laser triples the amount of light at the sample intercept. The 375-nm Near UV laser can be operated together with the red and blue lasers.

New fluidics and nozzle designs

A new fluidics design improves aseptic setup and cleaning. New nozzle sizes enable a wide range of particles to be sorted and new nozzle design allows for reproducible insertions. Software wizards and automation simplify aseptic sort setup, drop delay determination, and clog detection.

 

Better workflow and productivity

The BD FACSAria II also raises the bar on ease of use to improve both workflow and productivity with improvements across the platform. For example, a universal sort tube collection mount now makes it easier to insert and remove tube holders. In addition, software improvements dramatically cut the time spent on cytometer setup, adjustment, and maintenance.

BD LSR™ II flow cytometer

Four-laser, 18-color benchtop flow cytometer

Building on the ease of use and flexibility of the BD™ LSR, the first UV benchtop analyzer, BD Biosciences introduces the BD™ LSR II. The BD LSR II has performance, capabilities, and flexibility never seen before in a benchtop analyzer. Free up your high-performance cell sorter by moving your application(s) that require a UV laser to the BD LSR II.

The BD LSR II can be configured with up to four fixed alignment lasers and the ability to detect up to 18 colors, utilizing a revolutionary optical design. The BD LSR II can be configured with a 488 nm, 405 nm, 633 nm, and 355nm UV laser. At the heart of the BD LSR II are new digital electronics. The electronics digitize signals 10 million times per second in 16,384 discrete levels. This expands channel resolution and increases detection sensitivity. Electronic dead time is eliminated; more precise fluorescent measurements can be made improving linearity, compensation, and quantitation of fluorescence measurements.
